Help find missing eSikhaleni boy (13)

‘It’s such a stressful thing to cope with because we don’t know where he could be...'

A FRANTIC eSikhaleni father is trying to come to grips with the fact that his 13-year-old son has been missing since Tuesday afternoon.

Wenzile Mlambo of Birdswood Secondary School was last seen on Tuesday afternoon in the vicinity of the bus stop in eSikhaleni’s H1 Section.

According to his father, Ben Mlambo (53), Wenzile was last seen by his 11-year-old sister.

‘After school he came home and changed clothes and then went back to the bus stop to fetch his sister, Sanelisiwe, who was coming home from Richardia Primary School.

‘His sister said he walked her home, which isn’t far from the bus stop, but just before they reached the house he told her to go ahead and went elsewhere. He didn’t tell her where he was going.

‘We became concerned when he failed to return in the evening and by 8pm I went to the police station and opened a missing person’s case.

‘It’s such a stressful thing to cope with because we don’t know where he could be,’ Mlambo said.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Wenzile can contact his father on 073 1695311.
