Cele says Unizulu's student residence is prone to easy accessibility, alcohol and drug abuse
Minister of Police Bheki Cele is currently at the University of Zululand in KwaDlangezwa.
The minister is visiting the horrible bloody scene where a student was killed on Sunday afternoon.
