AFTER the huge success of the first uMhlathuze Comedy Festival last year, Zululanders flocked to the uMhlathuze sports field in Richards Bay on Saturday for another comedy picnic.

Divided into three segments, the show began with a killer line-up of comedians such as Fly Motion and Mshini Ntuli.

The second session was even more entertaining, featuring Mkhumba Hlophe of the SABC 1 sitcom Thandeka’s Diary and some newcomers to the game.

Towards the end of the hilarious showdown, Ntosh Madlingozi and Amawele aseChesterville had Zululanders in stitches while homegrown spinner DJ Amenisto closed the show with a bang.
