IT’S finally time for the Dolos Festival!
Put on your party shoes and head down to Alkantstrand for a weekend of fun and non-stop entertainment.
Some of South Africa’s biggest artists will grace the stage.
And if you don’t feel like going home after the show, stay put for the after-party hosted by local talent Priscilla and Steven.
Drop off the kids at the children’s tent where Stepping Stones will take care of them for the evening.
During the day, they will also be entertained with face painting, cupcake decoration and a Dinky & Doodles theatre production.
Come and enjoy the slippy slides, do some horse riding on the beach or learn how to surf.
Miss Dolos Festival will be crowned, as well as the winner of Zululand’s Got Talent.
Support the many food and art stalls, or visit the wine and art tent for some mouth-watering cheese platters paired with great wine while you admire the artwork.
For the competitive spirits among us, there will be fishing, swimming, food stomping, skateboarding and dolos building competitions.
Come and celebrate National Braai Day at the Dolos Festival on Sunday, 24 September, when Zululand’s braai king will be chosen.
