A MAN was arrested at the Richards Bay Small Craft Harbour on Monday evening after causing an accident
while under the influence of alcohol.
A police officer on routine patrol came across the incident which occurred at about 7pm. The 39-year-old driver of the vehicle was reportedly under the influence of alcohol when he crashed into a commercial vessel at the harbour.
