MV SINCHAI last Thursday ended her maiden voyage from China at the Port of Richards Bay to offload 4 127 tons of cargo for the construction of a new cement mill in Lusaka, Zambia.

‘This is very exciting for TPT Richards Bay, being the first port of call for this two-month-old vessel,’ said Break Bulk Terminal Manager Amanda Mfeka.

‘It also makes us proud to be playing a pivotal role in the SADC (Southern African Development Community) resolutions of inter-country trades.

‘We certainly look forward to future collaborations with customers in ensuring seamless and efficient offloading of project cargo.’
