Enseleni Nature Reserve open day

Close to town and closer to nature

ENJOY a family outing and commune with nature at the Enseleni Nature Reserve open day on Saturday, 11 March from 7am to 6pm.

There is no gate fee and first time visitors will be pleasantly surprised at the beauty and tranquility of this natural wildlife setting.

Some special activities have been arranged, including a birding walk with renowned expert Tony Roberts at a cost of R50 per person.

Game drives will also be available at the same cost.

The day promises to be both entertaining and educational and there will be plenty of photo opportunities, with a wetlands tour, craft and fresh produce market, and a Reptile City display.

The uMhlathuze Conservation District terrestrial honorary officers will have plenty of food and refreshments on sale and all proceeds will go towards conservation projects at Enseleni and other Ezemvelo properties.
