Rotary celebrates Mtunzini charter

ALL the pomp and ceremony was on display at the Charter Dinner of the Mtunzini Rotary Club held at the Mtunzini Country Club on Wednesday evening.

Overseen by the District 9370 Governor Bruce Steele-Gray, the Mtunzini members were officially welcomed into the Rotary family.

As sponsor club. Empangeni Rotary president Glynn Harboth had the honour of inducting Gideon van der Merwe as Mtunzini Rotary Club’s first president.

Gifts, banners and wishes of goodwill were presented to president Van der Merwe by representatives of various Rotary districts and clubs.
