BAIL of R1 000 was extended at the Richards Bay District Court on Monday to the wife of October drive-by shooting victim, Sibongiseni Msimang.
Appearing on an unrelated matter, Sphelele Makhosazane Msimang is charged with theft of a Quantum mini bus ambulance.
Magistrate La Grange specified a number of bail conditions:
• The accused is to surrender her passport
• The must report to the police station every Wednesday before 9am
• She may have no communication with the complainant (Dr BB Ntibane)
• She must notify the court of any change of address.
The case was remanded to 18 January for further investigation.
