A PUPIL at a Pongola school has been murdered and another seriously injured in a gang-related brawl.
According to police reports, there was a clash between two rival gangs at a school in Mkhwakhweni yesterday.
The fight turned violent and two pupils allegedly stabbed each other.
Mbuyiseni Ntshangase (16) died on arrival at the hospital whilst the second pupil remains in hospital in a serious condition.
A 20-year-old man has been arrested and is expected to appear at Pongola Magistrate’s Court tomorrow (Wednesday).
