FOLLOWING intervention from the St Lucia Ratepayers Forum, the short-lived refuse crisis in St Lucia has been resolved and services will resume as normal.
This week it was discovered that the contractor appointed by Mtubatuba Municipality to undertake refuse removal and town maintenance, had not been paid for such services for two months.
The Ratepayers Forum thanks those who assisted in refuse removal this week.
