Empangeni police seek relatives of deceased man, baby

The body of a suspected murder victim was found last Wednesday, while the body of a baby was found on Saturday

THE body of an unknown black male was last Wednesday found in the sugar cane field next to Baybrick Quary, with gunshot wounds.

“The deceased had two gold teeth in the front and a tattoo on his right arm, written in Chinese.

His is estimated to be 30 years old and is light in complexion,” said King Cetshwayo Cluster spokesperson Captain Siyanda Shangase.

On Saturday, the body of a boy estimated to be between four and six months old was found at Empangeni Rail dump site, wrapped in black plastic.

He was wearing blue short pants, a nappy, and a cream jersey.
