Positive Covid-19 case closes Mhlathuze Water offices
Mhlathuze Water has put in place necessary measures to ensure business continuity
Mhlathuze Water has temporarily closed its offices in Richards Bay after a staff member tested positive for Covid-19.
The offices closed today (Thursday) and will reopen on Monday (13 July) to allow for the premises to be disinfected.
‘This closure does not extend to other Mhlathuze Water operations and is limited to those staff members and contractors based at our head office.
‘As an essential service, Mhlathuze Water has put in place necessary measures to ensure business continuity,’ said Mhlathuze Water CEO, Mthokozisi Duze.
Duze assured stakeholders that the closure will not interrupt the supply of bulk water and the disposal of wastewater.
