The Zululand Observer’s charity arm Do I Care Enough? (DICE), is spreading warmth in Zululand this winter.
DICE representative Karen Dalton recently donated blankets, mittens, and booties to philanthropist Nompumelelo Ndlela, which will be handed to pensioners during a winter drive in eSikhaleni.
