Illegal cigarettes found in a Zululand game reserve
The cigarettes are thought to have been hidden by suspects already in custody, before their detention
A LARGE consignment of illicit cigarettes was found hidden in the bushes at Phinda Private Game Reserve on Friday after Hluhluwe police reacted to a tip-off.
uMkhanyakude police cluster spokesperson, Captain Jabulani Mdletshe, said it is believed the boxes of cigarettes had been concealed by suspects who were currently in police custody in Hluhluwe.
