Legal representation issue delays ISIS court case

Del Vecchio and Patel are believed to have masterminded the kidnapping of Cape Town-based British botanists Rod and Rachael Saunders

THE four accused in the case of Rodney and Rachael Saunders, a Cape Town-based British botanist couple believed to have been murdered and their bodies dumped in the Tugela River, has been held over to 25 April.

Sayfudeen Aslam Del Vecchio, Bibi Fatima Patel, Thambamandla Xulu and Malawian national Ahmad Jackson Mussa, appeared in the Verulam Magistrates Court on Thursday.
