Find out how to live healthily at a healthy living workshop in eSikhaleni next month

Empowering residents with the knowledge on how to lead a healthy life

LEARN more about living a healthy lifestyle at the Hlanganani Community Hall in eSikhaleni on Saturday, 10 June.

The purpose of the event is to empower residents with the knowledge on how to eat healthily and the benefits of exercise.

This community programme will include education on nutrition, exercise as well as a substance and drug awareness campaign.

According to organiser Muzi Gumede of the Bhekithembe Drugs and Substance Abuse Organisation, the initiative is also aimed at educating youngsters about the dangers of drugs.

Entry will be R200 and for spectators R20.

All funds will be donated to the Bhekithembe Drugs and Substance Abuse Organisation, an association that helps young people addicted to drugs.
