Top St Catherine’s learners honoured

The Principal handed over a number of special awards

AFTER a year of achivements and accomplishments, learners from St Catherine’s School were rewarded for their efforts last week at the senior primary prize giving on Wednesday.

The Principal handed over the following special awards:
Pretorius Junior Sportsperson of the Year: Betty Adetiba and Mpho Ndaba
Robarts Dux of the Junior School – Highest Academic Achievement in Grade 7 – Anagha Krishnannair

Anagha also received the following:
– Floating trophy for History
– Mondi kraft Mathematics trophy
– Technology award
– Percival floating trophy for Geography
– Janse van Rensburg floating trophy for Afrikaans
– Economics and Management Sciences Shield
– Floating trophy for Life Skills
– Percivala floating trophy for English
– Mondi kraft merit award for Natural Science

Round Table Trophy for Community Service carried out in a spirit of fellowship: Michaela De Gouveia

St Catherine’s Junior Trophy for all-round participation – Awarded to a Grade 7 who has participated in all that St Catherine’s has to offer in the sporting, academic and cultural fields: Seyuri Bhudu

Good Fellowship Trophy – Voted for by the Grade 6 and Grade 7 pupils: Anagha Krishnannair
