L BENCE and partner D Liebenberg carded 45 points to win the Hervormde Kerk golf day at the Richards Bay Country Club on Saturday.
The duo’s game was on song, which resulted in monster drives, pin-point chipping and accurate putting.
Golfers followed a 4 Ball Better Ball Stableford format.
Despite the welcome rain in the Bay, players still came out in their numbers to support the event.
D Blignaut and E van Ballegooyen finishd in second spot with 44 points, followed by F van Niekerk and W Breedt on 43 points.
This Saturday will see the club hosting its monthly mug competition.
