These school shoes are made for walking
Mr Mlomba together with the chairman of the Nombulelo Foundation, Mr Mpumelelo Mashifane donated school shoes and sanitary towels to children who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ANC Chief Whip in the Mpumalanga Legislature, Mr Fidel Mlomba handed out shoes at Duvha Combined School recently.
On Friday, January 14 Mr Mlomba together with the chairman of the Nombulelo Foundation, Mr Mpumelelo Mashifane donated school shoes and sanitary towels to children who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Last year the Chief Whip of the Mpumalanga Legislature undertook to adopt the school on an ongoing basis following the maiden donation drive where they donated 100 pairs of shoes as well as 150 packs of sanitary towels.
“As such our visit to the school is set to become an annual event and will include more and more interventions starting from 2022,” Mr Mashifane.
