Easy-to-make Nutella brownies: Ready in 10 minutes!

If you’re looking for something to do with the kids today, why not try your hand at making these easy Nutella brownies?

In just 10 minutes, you can make Nutella brownies using only three ingredients! Best of all, your child will love helping mom or dad make them. These brownies are the easiest brownies you’ll ever make, says our favourite DIY queen in her cookbook, SuzelleDIY – Recipes. With just three ingredients, she says these sweet treats come out perfectly. They are a little bit chewy on the outside with a soft and gooey centre. So grab the kids, head on over to the kitchen, and start baking!

Ingredients:

*Makes 9 brownies

  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 1 cup of Nutella (or any chocolate spread)
  • ½ cup (125g) all-purpose flour

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Whisk the eggs until they are light and fluffy.
  3. Sift the flour into the egg mixture.
  4. Spoon in the Nutella and mix well.
  5. Spoon your mixture into a small greased baking tin and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Allow them to cool, then cut into squares and serve!

Top tips:

  • You can add nuts or chocolate chips to your mixture to give your brownies a bit of crunch.
  • Serve brownies warm with a spoon of vanilla ice cream. Yum!
