Young health coach wants to inspire others

The young inspirational leader left the youth with a piece of inspirational advice.

Sbusiso Hitekani Mhlanga (16) is a young hero who is well known as a fitness coach and one of the youngest qualified producers under well-known nutrition company Herbalife.

He was introduced to the world of fitness in 2020 and this was his way of escaping the trap of drugs and other toxic substances that could destroy a person’s life.

“In fitness, I’ve found the healthiest home, this journey early has been nothing, but wonderful to me. Therefore last year (2020) I took some chances and I started working out. Along my new journey, some excuses were holding me back from achieving my goals until the day where I met one of my peers with an amazing body and the pressure I got from him was the main motivation why I had started working out.

I was forced since that day to surround myself with people who force me to level up and I used that motto up to this day, and that was when Herbalife found me along the way and made me the person I am today,” said Sbusiso.

The young man said his motivations or reasons to use Herbalife was the business opportunity and the amazing products, therefore he didn’t think twice as he had already loved wellness and fitness and now, he started making a fortune in doing what he loves, and that’s to remain healthy and sharing opportunity with other youth in creating health, and humble society.

Nowadays our brothers and sisters, as well as our peers, are scatted and scavenging in the world of substance abuse and crime because they have nothing to do, they are bored and deranged because of unemployment.

“Therefore I want to share this opportunity of being healthy and fit as well as making a living with everyone I don’t want to keep to myself.”

The young Herbalife coach told WITBANK NEWS that there were a series of different levels that required him to be a different person in life, but from those levels, he picked up two major qualities, about himself which are being a leader and disciplined.

Sbusiso said these two qualities have never disappointed him; instead, they have helped him to reach new heights in life.

The young inspirational leader left the youth with a piece of inspirational advice.

“A better way to survive in life is to move from your comfort zone and try new things, therefore let us struggle to win, not win to struggle.”
