He said, “Teen, Miss and Mrs Witbank qualities are that she is compassionate and inspirational. She is a confident woman, comfortable with speaking to CEO’s and dignitaries, while fearlessly using her voice for the charitable causes of her choosing and that is part of the pageant programme.”
