Get ready to lift your spirit with a night of praise and worship as the multi-award winning vocalist, Dr Tumi, makes his way to eMalahleni’s top entertainment destination at The Venue at Tsogo Sun’s The Ridge.
The Venue will be hosting Dr Tumi’s 9 City Gospel Tour on April 12 and 13.
The multi-platinum selling artist, who has hit the South African gospel industry by storm, will be performing for the first time at The Ridge.
Breaking all records in the Crown Gospel Music Awards by winning six out of nine trophies, Dr Tumi’s total awards tally amounts to 13, in just 18 months in the music industry.
In August 2017, Dr Tumi joined the small, elite league of musicians who have managed to fill the 20 000-capacity Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg when he recorded his Gathering of Worshippers CD and DVD.
In 2018, he made history again by filling up the Voortrekker Monument, the first gospel artist to fill the 30 000-seater venue.
The Ridge marketing manager, Marina Coetzee said tickets to the show have been selling fast.
“This is not surprising, given Dr Tumi’s meteoric rise to fame on the South African music scene. We encourage fans to book soon to avoid disappointment.”
Tickets are available at R200 per night at The Ridge Computicket or any other participating Computicket outlets.
Rewards cardholders can save from 10% on ticket purchases.
Doors are set to open at 18h00 and the show begins at 19h00 on both nights.
