Emalahleni All Sporting Codes Legends on a road map

Among the issues discussed were amendments in their policy, registration of members, uniforms (t-shirts and blazers) and other issues

The Emalahleni All Sporting Codes Legends is an organisation of all the people who contributed to all the sporting codes in the city in the past.

The members are reviving the organisation and are calling all the people who took part in the different sporting codes.

They had a meeting on Saturday, October 17 at the ABC Boxing Club in Lynnville.

The members meet every month to map a way to forward their organisation.

They discuss different issues every month, and they assured the community that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

“We are happy to see that the organisation is moving in the right direction. We are calling on all legends who took part in the different sporting codes to join us. We already have set programmes for the future, and we also want to contribute to the upliftment of our city in all spheres of life. We had challenges and problems in the past and now we want bygones to be bygones, and we are set to unite all the sports people. We also invite people who were involved in music to be part of the organisation,” said Mr Charles McHall the organisation’s chief executive officer.

Among the issues discussed were amendments in their policy, registration of members, uniforms (t-shirts and blazers) and other issues.

The organisation will have their meeting on every third Saturday of each month at the boxing club in Lynnville at 14:30.

Their next meeting will be held on Saturday, November 21.
