Overwhelming entries at latest shoot

Witbank Defensive Pistol Club hosted the latest defensive pistol competition at their range.

There was a record number of entries this round.
On June 28, the South African Defensive Pistol Association league round took place at WDPC, which had a record number of entries, with shooters coming from as far as Nelspruit to take part.

Gerrit van Wyk reloads halfway through his scenario, with him is range officer Roger Scholtz.

The match director, Steve Whitemore said that the league round was without any incident. The WDPC is proud to host such an event and maintains their 100% safety record.

Medal winners were Thags Govender, Jared King, Julian King, Justine King, Hans Joubert, Matt Smith, Steven van Graan, Cuan Robinson, Flip du Plessis, Collin du Plessis, Johan Horn, Jay van der Ahee, Monty Visagie, John Whatly, Edward Henwood, Meyer du Plessis, Bruce Theron, Ruth Penman, Liam Geldenhuis, Shane Tonkin, Ursula Keets, Adriaan Botha and Ed Rositter.
