Arsenal are the winners of the 5th Emalahleni Easter Challenge.

The final of the 5th Emalahleni Easter Challenge 2015 was played at Lynnville Stadium on Easter Monday, April 5. Arsenal beat Bountry of Lynnville 5-4 during the penalty shoot-out after the teams played to a goalless draw in full time.

Both teams played a very cautious game, both had equal number of chances to score, even though their forwards attacked and they both hit the cross bar in the half hour mark. Both teams had a player booked in the first half as the tension rose in the match.
Arsenal had chance to register a score after a corner kick but the shot hit the upright.
Bountry had their shot over the bar in their attempt to score. The teams went for a break at 0-0.

As tension grew players were issued with yellow cards and one Arsenal player received his marching orders after getting his second yellow.
Playing with 10 players, Arsenal were the better team and they applied the pressure.
Both teams changed their goalkeepers but it paid off for Arsenal as their keeper saved one of the penalties.
Brian Mabena was the player of the tournament, Sibusiso Phakula was the top goal scorer and Elvis Mokoena was the goalkeeper of the tournament.

Trevor Dube thanked the team, officials and sponsors for their support and for the part they played to the success of the 5th Emalahleni Easter Challenge 2015.
