“Anglo American has an award-winning HIV/Aids and Tuberculosis workplace programme that continues to extend its reach to members of our host community. We believe that events like these not only boost awareness of these diseases, but serve to promote general health and wellness, especially among the youth,” said Coal South Africa Chief Executive Officer, Themba Mkhwanazi.

The South African National Council against Alcohol and Drug Dependence will be present, along with the South African National Tuberculosis Association and Anglo American’s Highveld Hospital. You can also meet the Nike Multi-Choice Sports Heroes, who will join in the day’s festivities.
