Nkangala brought three medals home
Coach of Nkangala Athletic Academy lead by example when he won a gold medal during the inter-provincial championships held recently.
Nkangala Athletic Academy (NAA) once more did what they are known for, great performance by bringing home at least three medals; two gold and one bronze in the cross country inter-provincial championship that was held on Saturday, June 7 at Eldoraigne High School in Pretoria.
The highlight of the day was coach Emmanuel Mabaso when he lead by example by winning the 8km race for men in the 30 plus category and Thulisile Amon continued were she left by winning the girls u.15 15 km and Nombulelo Tshabalala came position three in women 30 plus 8km race category.
NAA will host a cross country league on Saturday August 2 at OR Tambo Park, in Mhluzi preparing a team for South African championship that will take place on September 13 at George.
