The Puma Classic 2019 was a massive success, with athletes from all over the country.

Athletes were on stage on Saturday, May 4 at Nashville and with Arnold Classic Africa around the corner, athletes were only at their best.

This is the qualifier for Arnold Classic Africa and Denise Roux and Vusi Mtshweni qualified to be on the big stage.

There were more than 75 athletes all from Mozamique, Limpopo, Gauteng, Pretoria, North West and Mpumalanga, as well as exhibitors and sponsors.

The show was judged by national judges from IFBB (International Federation for Body Building) South Africa as well as Mr Wayne Price, president of IFBB South Africa and owner of Arnold Classic Africa.

The Arnold Classic Africa will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre from 16 to 18 May with more than 2 000 athletes.
