Baked Pasta with veggies and turkey

A homemade baked pasta dish that is lactose free, relatively low in sodium, and also full of veggies and protein.

 Prep Time:  15 minutes      Cooking Time:  10 minutes      Serves:  4 large servings
Ingredients:
170g Fatti’s and Moni’s Pasta Screws
100g Mushrooms, fresh
1 Medium Onion
1 Green Pepper (Bell pepper)
180g Broccoli
100g Red ripe tomatoes
250g Turkey/Chicken breats (boneless)
50g Mozarella
180ml pasta sauce

Directions:
1) cook pasta according to directions (under-cooking slightly) and drain.
2) cook diced turkey breast
3) dice veggies and lightly cook
4) mix pasta, veggies, turkey breast, and sauce together and put in 9×9 (or 8×8) pan.
5) top with cheese
6) bake at 180°C for appx 10 min, or until cheese is melted
