Recipe serves 4 Preparation time 15 minutes Cooking time 45 minutes
Ingredients:
1 KNORR Cook-in-Bag Lemon and Italian Herb
750 g Chicken drumsticks
250 g Button mushrooms, sliced in half
125 ml Sour cream
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place chicken drumsticks in a single layer in the roasting bag with the button mushrooms.
Sprinkle seasoning mix over the chicken drumsticks, hold the bag closed and roll gently to coat the pieces evenly.
Place roasting bag on a baking tray, add the sour cream and tie the bag using the seal provided
Pierce the top of the bag 3 times with a knife for the steam to escape.
Place baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Ensure that the grill is off at all times.
Cut the bag open and transfer to a serving dish.
Serve with rice or mashed potato and spoon the leftover sauce over your.
