Post Office sells off redundant property in Emalahleni

The property is on the corner of Springbok and Kiepersol Street. There currently are post boxes, enclosed by a palisade fence on the property.

The post office is selling a vacant property it owns in Tasbet Park as part of its move to dispose of redundant properties countrywide.

At almost 1 000 square metres in size and right in the commercial zone, the property presents a great opportunity for development and investment.

For more information on this property and when it will be auctioned, please contact Yolande at 083 280 4728 / 087 195 0343 or yolande@auction-all.com.

The new owner can take ownership of the post boxes and palisade, or if he prefers, the post office will remove the structure.
