Kasi Vibe Foundation and MKUGF empower vulnerable communities

The first-ever provincial tour fundraising campaign has been initiated by the Kasi Vibe Foundation and Project Non-Profit Company in collaboration with the Mpumalanga Mkhonto Wesizwe Unemployed Ground Force.

The Kasi Vibe Foundation and Project Non-Profit Company (NPC), in partnership with the Mpumalanga Mkhonto Wesizwe Unemployed Ground Force (MKUGF), have launched the first-ever provincial tour fundraising campaign with the goal of helping 13 500 needy communities in Mpumalanga, including eMalahleni.

Initiated in October, the initiative seeks to obtain sponsorships for essentials such as food parcels, clothing, personal hygiene products, and transportation.

The year-end celebration, scheduled for December 16-18, will include empowerment programmes for the community, the distribution of essentials, and entertainment.

“Empowering marginalised communities is at the heart of our mission. We believe that every individual deserves access to resources and opportunities that can improve their lives,” said Thabang Agondo, deputy convener of MKUGF Mpumalanga and director of Kasi Vibe Foundation and Projects NPC.

The provincial tour will cover three districts:
Ehlanzeni (October 15-30), Nkangala (November 1-15), and Gert Sibande (December 1-15). The year-end function will take place in Mbombela.

“We urge individuals, organisations, and businesses to support this worthy cause. Every contribution, big or small, will make a significant difference in the lives of our beneficiaries,” said Thabang.

Through creative projects, the registered non-profit company empower underprivileged communities. The organisation prioritises talent development, economic empowerment, skill development, and community development.
