Anglican Church in Thushanang helping the community in need

St Peter's Anglican Church provides soup, bread, and clothing to those in need.

The Good Samaritans from the parish of St Peter’s Anglican Church at Thushanang kicked off the new month by doing righteous work for the communities by offering soup, bread, and clothes to anyone in need.

Rev Sipho Msiza said, “The initiative was led by the members of the Mother’s Union, a women’s organisation within the church. The act is one of their objectives, which state that they need to promote conditions in society favourable to stable family life and the protection of children, and also to help those whose family life has met with adversity.”
