Two security officers stumbled upon a gruesome scene in Springbok Street, Tasbetpark.
It is reported that the officers found a duvet cover covered in blood and a black refuse bag.
Police on scene inspected the items and discovered female body parts in both the duvet and the refuse bag.
The identity of the female is yet to be determined.
