Coal City Wizards receive soccer kits

The team received training soccer kits, soccer balls, sticking poles, a coaching board, cones, and other equipment.

Coal City Wizards were fortunate to have been presented with new soccer kits plus other training equipment.

The local team playing in the Hollywoodbets Ladies League received the kits from Freddy Mapulane, former general manager at Witbank Spurs.

Coal City Wizards players are proudly showing their new soccer kit and other equipment they received from Freddy Mapulane at the Puma Stadium on Thursday, August 31.

The presentation was held at the team’s training ground, Puma Stadium, on Thursday, August 31.

Wizard’s chairlady, Gugu Moroaswi, said they really appreciated what Mapulane has done for the team.

She added that the kits and the other equipment will help the team a lot and will encourage the players to do their best.

She also invites other business people to come on board and help the team, as they will welcome any kind of support.

“We appreciate, and we are grateful as a team, as Mr Mapulane saw the need to contribute. We promise that we will repay the kind gesture by playing our best football and winning games. As a team, we have a lot of needs and anybody is welcome to contact us as our door is always open,” Moroaswi said.

Mapulane said he was trying to contribute to the team’s change and in the lives of the players playing in the teams.

By so doing, he was trying to contribute to taking the children away from the streets and doing something positive about their lives.

The team received training soccer kits, soccer balls, sticking poles, a coaching board, cones, and other equipment.
