Dr Thulani Bhuti Skosana (34) who grew up in the rural area called Buhlebesizwe, KwaMhlanga has ascended academic heights to being the first to graduate with a PhD at the Tshwane University of Technology eMalahleni Campus.
Dr Skosana obtained his B-Tech in Human Resources Management within the same institution in 2013.
Then he enrolled for M-Tech: Human Resources Management (HRM) under the supervision of Prof Molefe Maleka and co-supervisor Dr Thuli Ngonyama-Ndou.
In the same vein, he further completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) with the University of Pretoria in 2017.
After completing his M-Tech: Human Resource Management, he then enrolled in D-Tech: Human Resource Management at TUT in the year 2018.
