Miss TUT takes the lead in the 2023 academic year

Xoliswa is determined to set a good example.

As the 2023 academic year begins, the stunning Xoliwsa Sangweni who is the reigning queen of Tshwane University of Technology’s eMalahleni campus, is set to lead her people.

In 2022, Xoliswa, a TUT Administration student, began her journey as Miss TUT.

She believes that the goal of becoming the queen of the course in life is to aim higher, shoot for the moon, and even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.

“One of the most valuable lessons I learned from modeling was how to work well with people in terms of communication, understanding, and learning that everyone is different in their way, so kindness is essential.”

Xoliswa is taking charge of all of her priorities, stating that helping students is one of her goals. She will work hard to ensure that her contribution makes a difference in someone’s life and that she leaves an impression on each student she meets.

“I am pleased to be their first friend on campus, as I will be assisting the students more, especially the first-year students, with the late application and registration processes. I’ll be there for the orientation,” she said.
