'The Edenparkers, my VIPs as I call them, were so happy and thankful,' Democratic Alliance Ward 33 Councillor Kim Faduk said.

Water runs deep for the residents of Ward 33.

Residents of Ward 33 volunteered to assist Councillor Kim Faduk in transport and hand out a hundred full 5l water bottles at Eden Park retirement village on December 18.

Kim said a kind resident, who in such a free-giving spirit wished to stay anonymous, donated the water bottles.

On the day, all volunteers from Ward 33 took the bottles to the flats, rooms and villas and handed them out to the village residents.

“The Edenparkers, my VIPs as I call them, were so happy and thankful. What a buzz it was to see their happy faces,” Kim said in closing.
