Products on Friday, September 9, ranged from sweet kebabs, ice cream, popcorn, self-made punch, and even roasted chicken and baked potatoes.

Buhlebenkosi Mahlangu’s popcorn and punch stall was a big hit.

Economic and Management Sciences (EMS) teacher, Ms Maud Moloto said every Gr. 7 learner had to decide what product/s he or she would sell, buy the ingredients or products and sell it.

Thanks to Entrepreneur’s Day the learners have had a taste of running a small business, a skill that will stand them in good stead in the future.

Many of the learners walked away with impressive profits which will be deposited into their accounts.
