An alleged house robbery took place on June 15 in Tasbet Park when a woman was pointed with a firearm and left on the scene without a cellphone.
It is believed that the victim arrived home on June 15 in her motor vehicle when she was approached by three men.
She allegedly opened the window to her vehicle and one of the men pointed at her with a firearm demanding money and cellphones. It is believed that the victim told them that she only had cellphones in her possession, and that the suspects went inside the home and locked her in one of the rooms.
The men allegedly searched the house but only took cellphones and left.
The community must remain vigilant of robbers who will cross boundaries into one’s own home.
