The Emalahleni Local Municipality continues with its program of engaging with the community and ratepayers.
In an effort to normalise the services rendered to the communities, the municipal finance department will have a financial outreach program to specifically address the following:
- Arrangements on arrears
- Settlement discount incentives
- Attorneys and lawyers
- Account statements
- Rebates and indigent enquiries
- Purchase of pre-paid electricity
- Billing enquiries and account payments
In that, the municipality invites the community to actively participate in the campaign on Saturday, June 4 from 09:00 to 16:00 at Highveld Mall in the Truworths Court.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to come and verify their accounts and pay for their services on site. (NB: Speed point facility will also be available on site).
