RCS defeats Curro by a narrow margin

RCS and Curro battle it out on the netball court

On Thursday, May 19 Robert Carruthers School defeated Curro in the Nkangala Netball School League.

The game was very competitive as both teams were looking forward to the game. It was the survival of the fittest; Curro had many chances to score in the first half, but didn’t use them. Both teams were doing everything they could to score, as they finished the first half with a 3-2 score and RCS leading.

It was a difficult game to win as both teams when they return for the second half were still hungry for the win as it was goal after goal.

Curro on the other hand were unlucky not covering the score, as the game ended with a 7-11 score and RCS winning the Pool A of the league and now they will be playing the playoffs.
