St Thomas Aquinas donates to Jabez House
School donates no perishable food to the needy.
Generosity is going an extra mile for a person, without expecting anything back.
Learners at St Thomas Aquinas School carried the culture of generosity to Jabez House.
The school made a tin food collection for the needy.
The collection was done among grade one and grade three learners of the school.
The donation was collected on Tuesday, May 17 and Mrs Lana Robbertze’s grade three class was the winning class.
Ms Odette Rossouw and Pastor Lucky Motau from Jabez House came to collect the food.
“Thank you so much for the donation. This food will go a long way, and it will make many families happy,” said Ms Rossouw.
