Shots and robberies at Jackaroo plots and Klarinet – men’s nightmare come to life

Man has no leg to stand on and depends on the law after he was shot in the leg

A man staying at the Jackaroo plots was shot in his leg by armed robbers.

During the incident that happened on Friday, May 6, the two robbers took the man’s cell phone, money, and car keys, which are all valued at R250 000.

The suspects had fled the scene soon after they had completed their job.

Police are still doing investigations. A case of armed robbery was opened by the victim.

In another unrelated incident, a man staying in Extension 3, Klarinet was also robbed of his cell phone and money. This incident happened on Wednesday, 14.

The communications officer at Witbank Police Station, Captain Eddie Hall, said that the public should be vigilant and aware of their surroundings.
