Rising Stars unrepentantly defeated Morning Stars in the Beautiful Scars Renal Foundation tournament

Beautiful Scars Renal Foundation is a non-profit organization whose goal is to raise awareness about renal failure.
On Wednesday, April 27, the foundation celebrated Freedom Day by showcasing talent in eMalahleni at Ackerville Grounds and netball court; fundraising to purchase flee blankets for a children’s home and patients.
Sphiwe Ndimande a secretary of Beautiful Scars Renal Foundation said, because patients with kidney failure are no longer able to participate in sports, they have decided to hold a netball and soccer fundraising tournament to show them that they understand and playing for them because they can’t play for themselves, and they are with them through everything.

During the tournament, the Rising Stars from Ackerville easily defeated Morning Stars with 66-10 taking home the trophy.
Throughout a game between Rising Stars and Morning Stars, Rising Stars centre Dudu Khoza was on top of the game and showcasing flames on their opponent. Her teammates, Victoria Francis and Lesego Phaka, on the other hand, were in full control of the pole scoring now and then.
Morning Stars were doing quite well, but they did not create opportunities.
Morning Stars came back vibrantly in the final round, adding two goals to their point total, but they were unable to equalize as their opponents continues to score and accumulate points.
Rising Stars player Nokubonga Ngomane said, “All I want to say is that I’m thankful to the opposing team because they played with us fairly, and we played a good game. I’m grateful to my teammates who preserved and win the tournament.”
