A woman was left covered with bubble wrap to shield her from the rain as she waited for an ambulance to arrive.
She was knocked over by a car on April 25 while walking in Model Park.
The accident happened on the corner of Mona and OR Tambo Street.
It is still unclear how the accident happened.
She sustained minor injuries and received treatment from an ambulance service on the scene.
