Bishop Jeremiah Zulu in ‘Unity in the Body of Christ prayer session’ tomorrow

An interdenominational prayer session will be held at Lynnville Stadium on Saturday, April 9.

Bishop Jeremiah Zulu is inviting the public to the ‘Unity in the Body of Christ prayer session’.

The event will take place at the Lynnville Stadium on Saturday, April 9 starting at 10:00.

“As the unity in the body of Christ Emalahleni we believe that there is a great need for the body of Christ to come together in worship and prayer to God almighty. After the experience of the past few years, the time wouldn’t be any more perfect for us to come together under one umbrella to call on our God, the God that answers by fire for our lives, our communities, our city and our land; for the intervention of heaven. The Unity in the body of Christ is holding an interdenominational gathering at the stadium. It will be a great honour to have the support and presence of you and your family on that day. We are arranging the assembly to unite as the body of Christ and pray for certain pressing issues that affect our communities and the city alike,” reads a statement from Bishop Zulu.

The organisation will be praying for the following:

During the gathering, people will partake in the Holy Communion as a body of Christ, and listen to a message ushering in the Easter period the following weekend.

The organisation will adhere to all Covid-19 restrictions and requirements concerning gatherings.
