Phola police and security companies form a strong alliance

Phola SAPS joins forces with security companies around Phola, Ogies and surrounding farms.

A Police and Security ( POLSEC) meeting was held at Phola police station to strengthen the partnership with Phola and Ogies security companies that are operating in the mining sectors and national key points in the area.

The station commander Lieutenant Colonel Nape Matlala led the meeting on Monday, February 7.

The partnership between the police and the security was established under one common purpose which is to prevent all crimes happening within the mining areas and national key points through joint patrols and crime prevention operations.

The station commander and his team including Captain Jan Kamfer (Vispol Commander), Sergeant Nonhlanhla Monama (CIMAC Official), Sergeant Mojalefa Manaka (Sector Manager), and Sergeant Petros Ntuli (Communications and Partnership Coordinator) gave their inputs about all the crimes that are happening in the mining areas and suggested various strategies that will assist in curbing those particular crimes.
